A Healthier You During and After the Holidays!
The year is unwinding and Christmas decor is in full swing! Holidays are so wonderful especially when spent with friends and family. With mistletoe kisses and glasses of wine filling the heart with laughter oh how the joys of love explode with delight! The smell of turkey and ham, stuffing pumpkin pie and the works!! Yum! With America becoming more obese over the years cut back on your calories by cooking a little more healthier. Use less salt, try wheat bread crumbs to cook stuffing from scratch, don't deep fry- bake and use less better or a low calorie one.
